Community Service

Madrasatunnur Educational Trust supports individuals and families at key stages of life by providing guidance, education, and community-based services rooted in care and responsibility. Our approach is inclusive and focused on serving the community with dignity, respect, and integrity.

We facilitate Islamic marriages (nikah) by providing guidance, coordination, and signposting in line with religious practice and UK legal requirements. We also support individuals wishing to embrace Islam by assisting with the shahada and offering appropriate follow-up guidance and community support.

Our madrasah provides supplementary education for children and young people, supporting their spiritual development, character building, and understanding of faith alongside their mainstream education. Learning takes place in a safe and supportive environment, with safeguarding and wellbeing as key priorities

We offer support to families during times of bereavement by providing guidance around funeral arrangements, community support, and pastoral care. This includes signposting to relevant services and offering practical and emotional support during difficult times, while respecting both faith traditions and local regulations.
